At PatioPerk, we want to perk up your space—and your shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your PatioPerk order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will process the cancellation free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your PatioPerk order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our error or carrier issues, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
To ensure prompt service, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number in the email subject line (e.g., #PP1234)
What We’ll Do
We may arrange replacement parts or, if necessary, a full product replacement
PatioPerk will cover all outgoing and return shipping costs for confirmed defective or damaged items
The fastest way to get help is by submitting our Warranty Request Form.
Return Handling
Partial replacements: You may be asked to recycle the damaged or defective part
Full replacements: We will issue a carrier return label or call tag to retrieve the product
Once your return is ready to ship, please provide:
- A tracking number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the packaged item
This helps us identify and process your return quickly. Please ensure the item is carefully packed and securely sealed, as PatioPerk is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns for Personal Reasons
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your PatioPerk purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are free
You may choose a replacement product or a refund
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
After 30 Days
Returns may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping fees, or may be reasonably declined
Important Conditions for Personal-Reason Returns
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Item Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts included
Return Scenarios
- Unopened items: Eligible for return once shipped back to our designated warehouse
- Opened but unassembled items: Eligible for return; a processing fee may apply to cover inspection or disposal
- Assembled items: Returns are not supported due to potential safety risks, missing parts, or damage
If original packaging is unavailable, you may provide suitable replacement packaging or contact us for assistance.
Once shipped, please provide:
Tracking number
Photos and/or videos of the packaged item
If an item is returned in non-resellable condition, a refund adjustment may apply. Our Customer Support Team will notify you if this occurs.

Taxes: Fully refundable
Delivery fees: Non-refundable
Refund method: Original payment method
Refunds are processed once:
Returned items are received and inspected, or
Merchandise is collected from your home (if applicable)
Please note that depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
