By accessing or using PATIOPERK.com (the “Site”), you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or are not legally competent to agree to them, you may not use the Site.

Note: These Terms include a Legal Disputes section that governs how claims between you and PATIOPERK will be resolved.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Site. If any conflict arises between the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms will control.

PATIOPERK takes information security seriously and implements reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect user data. However, we reserve the right to disclose any information as needed to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

2. Changes to Terms

PATIOPERK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or the Site at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content on the Site—including but not limited to the PATIOPERK name, logo, trademarks, designs, text, images, graphics, buttons, downloadable files, and layout (collectively, “Site Content”)—is the exclusive property of PATIOPERK or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

PROHIBITED: Copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing, uploading, transmitting, or creating derivative works from the Site without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-party trademarks and content appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

4. User-Generated Content

The Site may allow users to post content such as reviews, comments, or blogs (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

By submitting content, you warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the content and grant PATIOPERK the rights outlined here.
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
• You grant PATIOPERK a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, and create derivative works from your content in any media now known or developed in the future.
• You grant Site users a non-exclusive license to view and use your content as permitted under these Terms.

PATIOPERK does not endorse User Content and assumes no liability for it. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Site and/or submitting User Content, you agree not to:

Violations may result in civil/criminal liability and/or access termination. PATIOPERK reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting violators.

Order confirmation (email or number) does not signify acceptance. PATIOPERK reserves the right to limit or cancel any order at its discretion and verify information before fulfilling an order.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors may be corrected even after an order is placed. Improper use of the Site or promotions (including bulk discount manipulation) may result in order cancellation and/or account suspension.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
